Botanic Gardens Trail of Lights
With the Colorado foothills as a backdrop, more than one million twinkling lights will illuminate the beauty of a charming forest path at Denver Botanic Gardens at Chatfield. A childrenâ??s play area â?? including a treehouse â?? will be along the trail path. Hot cocoa and refreshments will be sold to ward off the chill during the walk through the Gardensâ?? trail. Santa Express Train at Colorado Railroad Museum
This year, Santa has decided to replace his sleigh and reindeer with the Colorado Railroad Museum's 346 steam locomotive and a team of historic passenger cars all decked out for the holidays. Guests will lose track of time as they are swept away by the gentle rock of the rails and fresh December air in the Golden foothills of the Rockies.
